Ledger Furniture's 5-Star Delivery Service assures our
customers the safe delivery of their new furniture in a
prompt and professional manner.
Our delivery staff are known for their courtesy,
cautious driving, and good training. Please have your
room as ready as possible to receive your new furniture.
Accessories and Home
Decor:
Home Decor items (mirrors,
lamps, accessories, artwork, gifts, etc.) must be picked
up by the customer. Delivery is not available for these
purchases.
Deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday
afternoon throughout Central Texas (in some areas
deliveries may be scheduled only on certain days, please
see a sales associate for details). Your delivery day
will be determined at the time of purchase and is
generally within three days of purchase depending on
delivery area and availability.
For Special Orders, you will be contacted when your
order arrives to schedule a delivery day. Our customer
service personnel will attempt to contact you the day
before the scheduled delivery day to confirm. If we
have been unable to reach you, please call:
254-547-1027 to confirm your delivery date.
Please
note: If you live in a gated community or apartment
complex, at the time of purchase please provide the
complex name and any instructions or codes that may be
helpful to our delivery personnel. Your sales person
will ask you to sketch a map or write directions for us
at the time of purchase.
We do charge a nominal
delivery fee based on distance that includes assembly
and placement of the furniture.
A delivery fee will be
charged for us to pick up allowed returns.
Additionally, Special
Delivery Services are available, such as piece for piece
furniture removal. These services must be scheduled in
advance and additional charges may incur. Please ask
your sales associate for details.
